Hi, I'm Nina
I am a senior musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist, sports therapist, and yoga teacher.
I have three years of MSK experience with NHS patients and private experience across pitch-side football, sports-specific injuries, pre and post-operative management, acute and chronic MSK pain. I have also specialised and continued with professional development in rehabilitation and sports massage therapy.
Since qualifying as a yoga teacher I have taught group classes in vinyasa and adapted my style of teaching towards injury recovery, stress management, and chronic pain.
To combine my skills, I was given the opportunity during my masters degree to research and investigate holistic health in physiotherapy through yoga which outlined that the use of yoga over a period of time can have a reduction on many chronic MSK conditions such lower back and neck pain, in addition to anxiety and depression.
I am passionate about getting people back and better to the activities they love, so I want to ensure I provide holistic modalities to physiotherapy in conjunction with up to date research to help you achieve your physical and well-being goals.
